Rip off and manipulative. No answers! Start treating customers with respect!!!!

AWFUL experience!

1. The man in finance that did the paperwork was a liar. He said certain items "came with the car" - and it turns out, no they didn't. My down payment disappeared into these supposedly complimentary regions.
