Every time I purchase bids it take hours sometime days before I get them credited to my account. Also, when I win bid packages, they say they will be credited within 24 hours, but that is not true. I have waited days even a week for them to credit my account. I email constantly to get them to act, but it does no good. I am an older woman and not very well. I thought this would be a way I could enjoy myself, and it is as long as they take care of business. But the don't, and then I get quite agitated and it caused me some physical problems.
I think anybody that is in business should do a better job. Perhaps they need an email to the headquarters or the CEO so we know our complaints are presented to the proper person.
