Unprofessional Customer Service

Just like many reviews posted about this company, something has happened to this company's professional interaction and business practices. I just recently had an order I needed to cancel and then found out I would get house credit instead of a refund. Well, OK, no problem since I used them quite often. Then I placed another order for a steady client of mine that I used Zoo printing for and who had me use their CC to pay for their orders. The house credit was $0.03 short of the total bill for the next order I placed. I submitted a service ticket to ask to see if they would absorb the difference, especially since it would cost them more to run the transaction than to bill my client, but I never received an answer. Then come to find out, they actually charged my client $1.03 extra for the order. Not a big overcharge, but it's the principle of the whole situation. There was no interaction between Zoo and me about any of the discrepancies. So Zoo lost some pretty steady business and I have an angry client to deal with.
