UNPROFESSIONAL, Does NOT work out issues on their end…WASTE OF MONEY

First, I ordered cards which they sent to me defective twice. Fold not in the center the first time. The second time they were not packed properly and they were all bent. NO refund, only house credit, which I refuse to use to get a 3rd defective card. Recently tried ordering labels. Proof did not look correct. Resent, which I was charged $5 for. And they changed it and moved it to look exactly like the first. NO discussion. Then, when I ask about it, I'm given a sarcastic reply. NO refund of course, only house credit. BUT, they will give a refund and it will cost you $25. What a waste of time dealing with THEIR mistakes and their unprofessionalism and POOR customer service. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
