I have recently purchased a wireless camera from Zonet and have had nothing but problems with their support to get the product to work. When you call their support line you are greeting with a answering machine asking you to leave a name and number, I am not sure if they ever check this because I never received a call back after leaving several messages.
They also have a support e-mail. They responded at first to my e-mails, each one a day after I sent it so to just get basic information down took a week via this method. After they had me reset the device I stopped receiving any e-mails back from them. I am going to return the product but am left with a very bad experience, and a lot of time wasted trying to get a bad product to work.
