I purchased a brand new home from WCC in 2007 and have been chasing and waiting for repairs to be done that range from Shower Stall glass to peeling and bubbling paint around doors and the BBQ to huge problems with leaking and bubbling fascia at the roof line.
I also have the loudest garage door in town.
It seems that this one installed is not lined up properly and is leaving black marks on the wall.
I had a professional home inspection completed and was brushed off by the former customer service rep.
These repairs have not been completed and in some cases even started.
I have been VERY patient and feel that now is too long to have come.
The fascia started to bubble three years ago and has been attempted to be repaired three times.
Why they won't bring in a roofing expert is beyond me.
They have a customer service rep who is tasked with trying to patch things as they come up. He is very nice but very overworked and as far as his skill level goes I am not sure of either.
Please be careful in purchasing a home from this builder.
