The day before Black Friday, I had called about a promotion I had heard about in which after buying an X-Box 360 Arcade you would receive a $100 Gift Card. The man on the phone had me on hold and came back and told me to rush to the store because they were doing the sale now. After rushing all the way to the store the man at the Electronics counter told me that specific offer would be available the following day during the Black Friday sale... I returned to the store at 4am and stood and line for ages only to hear that the specific offer I was told twice that was happening at the store, was only happening online! These employees need to get their story straight! Just signed up for this site tonight so I'm not sure how to post this as a complaint or I would!
