Business's response - by US AFS INCon 5/21/2015

Obviously you have never attended a real auction. I know you sat and watched the auction because you kept texting us via I COLLECTOR to hurry up ( though not a nice as that). We sell the same catalog on three different venues, live and in real time. There are left bids, internet bids, in house bids, phone bids and the like. To do so in three settings and online as well takes time. I Notice you have nothing to say except that it took too long. I have but one question to you.. if it were you selling the goods... would you not want to get the very most you could for the people you are selling it for? Is that not the fudiciary responsibility of an auction? If we sold something too fast or didn't get all the bids in we would be guilty of not doing our job. Our loyalties are to our vendors and consignors by law. We sell to the highest bidder and appreciate all the bids garnered, but I see you never even bid once at our sale.
So, in summary, what you watched was but a small portion of what actually was happening. Your rude and unsolicited comments cause your bidding privilege to be revoked. AND THEN you went here and left this derogatory comment. I thought I would take the time to enlighten you to the process. And maybe those that read this can see the facts and truth's.
