I called TC Irrigation on Friday and they made, and kept, the appointment promptly on Monday. The two techs were knowledgeable and efficient. They gave me a price to install a new sprinkler pump and told me they would bill me. They had already anticipated what I would need and had the new parts with them. When I received the bill a few days later there were additional charges on it to the tune of over $200. WAIT...We called the company, they spoke with the lead technician, and adjusted the bill to the agreed price. They did a good job and, when necessary, corrected a problem immediately. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to others.
