Need a tux for prom May 2010..
We were treated very kindly on entering the store and throughout the ordering process. I needed to cancel my order and was treated very rudely thereafter. I thought it would help by talking to the manager and she did nothing but defend her. I was told by her that I obviously don't know how a business is run. My initial feeling was that they did not want to give me back my refund. I was treated very rudely and wasn't clearly told how needed to get my refund back.
I thought one of the very 1st steps they should have told me to do for a refund was to bring my credit card back in for a refund. After a week, I was finally told we would have to go back to the store with the card.
I do not recommend this business and if you have to, just be careful if you should need to cancel.
