I placed an order for a Giants jersey through ESPNshop.com as a birthday gift 1 month early. After waiting three weeks for the jersey I received it and it had brown stains all over the shoulders and there were bugs in the box, LIVE bugs! I called them to return the jersey and they guaranteed by manager Cathy that a new jersey would be shipping out the next day (Thursday) and that I would have it the day after (Friday). I called Friday to make sure it shipped and was told by Angela that it had shipped the night before and I would receive it that day. Friday night I still had not received it so I called back and spoke with Brenda, who told me the item was never shipped because of an error and was now out of stock and I would not be able to get another one for 2-4 weeks. Brenda assured me that they could order me a custom jersey and that I would only take 7-10 days. 4 days later I received an email telling me they canceled my whole order. When I called and spoke to a manager they told me that the custom company was out of jerseys as well and that all they could do was cancel my order. So after a whole month of hell I do not have my nephew’s birthday present and they cannot refund my money for at least 4-6 days. The experience with ESPNshop.com was HORRIFIC to say the least!
