Seized Assets Sucks

I bought a pair of 2 Ktw diamond studded ear rings on their online auction. They claimed in their catalog that the ear rings were worth between $ 800 and $1,500 and that they were appraised by " an actual geologist". I asked them to send me the appraisal and they said They didn't have one. "how did could they claim the ear rings were worth between $ 800 and $ 1,500 then? I couldn't see much from the photo online so I called them up.
When I called up for info prior to auction...I was told the grade of the ear rings were good. I had the earnings appraised and the man told me he wouldn't give me $ 100 for them.They were sooooo flawed.
Cori wanted to charge me a 30% restock fee!!!! He did offer me a company credit i could only spend at seized assets. I wouldn't by from them again! I only want my money back
