Best online shopping experience EVER!

I've been shopping with Redemption for years now - they take care of all of my Lip Service needs, which is usually a couple of fairly large orders per season, and I have never had a problem at all. Occasionally I order things that don't fit me - when that happens, returns and exchanges are so easy that I think even a monkey could do it.
They've repeatedly gone above and beyond to get me all of the items that I want, and done their best to keep the shipping low by combining orders for me, even if some of the things that I bought came from their site, and others came from Ebay, and even once holding a whole bunch of stuff for me to pick up in person while I was on vacation close by!
On top of the great prices, excellent customer service (right down to checking with me if I order something in a size that's unusual for me to make sure it's really what I want), and letting me know when something that I've ordered seems to run big or small. Pair that with taking in and taking care of stray kitties, and trying to find them great homes, and well...how can you go wrong?
