Redemption Klothing provides excellent products and customer service. I have been a long time regular customer of RK because of the attention I get to my alt clothing needs, and Robin provides top-notch service all the time. I easily buy from them every 3-4 months. Even if something is not pictured on the website, they always check to see if they can special-order the item for me and its availability and welcome people to do so. How many businesses just show you a website with only what's in the warehouse and just say "this is it, take what you can get"?
Shopping there is like the goth chick's equivalent of having a personal shopper at Barney's or something like that. :P
So anyone leaving bad reviews because they're a few nails short of a ladder, get a life! Whenever an item turns out to not be available or not what I expected, RK always comes through.
