Scam outfit

I saw this cute puppy online, write-up said it was an 8 weeks old German shepherd. When I spoke to Dennis on the phone, he assured me it's parents were checked for genetic abnormalities such as hip dysplasia and that it had all its shots, was ready to
go (he even hung up, spoke to the breeder and called back to let me know it was ready and they could give me a "discount" on the shipping fee) and that I'd need to arrange to pick it up on Tuesday. On Monday, I got a call and was told it was just getting it's
shots and would not be able to fly until Thursday (!). I rearranged my schedule again... On Wednesday, I was called and told it had worms and could not fly until Monday...rearranged my schedule again... On Sunday, I was called and told Monday would not be
possible, maybe Tuesday!!!! When I expressed I no longer wanted this puppy as I felt there is bound to be something wrong with it, I was first put on hold for an extended amount of time, then a different person picked up. I let this person know they had not
honored their verbal contract with me either with regard to the health/vaccination record of the puppy or delivery date and wanted a refund, was told be there would only be a partial refund!!!!! What a scam.
