We have a salt water pool. Recently curcuit board have problems. ( pinch a peenys diagnose) My husband always take our pool water samples to the pinch a penny. he trusted them. When he mentioned we have experience problems , they told him, send somebody take a look at it. MY husband ask how much it is they said we dont know yet.Tell you later. Pinch a penny repair guy came and told curcuit board burnt and need to change. My husband ask how much again,he said, we order and tell you. So they order and 2 or 3 weeks later they fix. But still they dont know how much, dont tell. We will bill you later. Yes finally they billed us, $698.99 . When i called them explanation the guy who fixed it , told me if you dont like the price i will come take the board back. I asked why you didnt tell the price first and we can look around and compare the prices. This company basically took advantage from us. They could charge us more too.Can you imagine they could charge us, 2 or 3 grand . They dont have any business moral and ecthic rules. Shame on them.
