I have been working with Nations Choice since 01/2009;since then ONLY one of their employees was on top of the game and had always kept me informed. Since she is no longer @ the company, no one has returned my call for the past 3 weeks, I call and no response, I call and all voicemails are full, I call and can't even speak with a Manager or Supervisor. Understanding that the process for modification can take a long time, especially with today's economy,the courtious thing to do is CALL BACK. People put their trust in the company to help with their homes, now I am facing a final sale date on my home, and yet NO ONE HAS CALLED back. I am doing all the leg work and paid them... go figure!
