This company is the greatest scam artist of all time!!! They took my $2500 dollars, promised to lower my mortgage payment, my Apr from 4.75% ARM to a 3.50% 30 year Fixed rate!!! The promise might as well have come from Osama Benladin. He certainly would not have done any less than what they have done..............................Which is "NOTHING!!!" I opened an account with them in February of 2009 and they promised, upon receipt of my $2500 dollar payment, which they hounded me everyday until I payed them, to do all of the above within a 30-60 day period. It will be September in 5 more days. How is that for keeping on schedule?! Also, once they got my money......................Nothing! No phone calls, no correspondence, no proof documents, I mean siltz!!! It's like they have fallen off the map. In the mean time, the bank sharks are circling me and my home with their big sharp foreclosure teeth and I am about to get ate up! People, I don't know what part of Nations Choice the two to three people dealt with who claim everything just went peaches and cream for them with these barracudas.......................Oh yes, I know, how about the fact that they are probably employees using fictitious names and writing positive things to keep unsuspecting homeowners in tune with what this company is really all about. This is a very, very bad company. Don't lose your money dealing with their empty promises like I did!!!
