This site creates the impression that they have your order in stock and that it will ship within 24 hours if it is. In my case none of this was true and I think this was just a tactic to get the order. Their customer service told me my liner had to be manufactured and drop shipped from the manufacturer. The other item was not in their stock either and as of this date I still have no shipment tracking information on either item. This creates the impression that they are just a scam site or at best a online middleman and makes me wonder if I will ever see the products that I ordered. Thank goodness I used Paypal!
