I had been warned about companies like this, but I must have been vulnerable that day. The toner arrived "free" as they stated. Later an invoice arrived. I called to speak with someone and was told that as long as the Purchase Order was noted as "Verbal," there would be no charge. She assured me I owed them nothing. Later, when I tried to use the toner, it was terrible. I called them to ask how to send it back and there was no answer. Today, they finally returned my call and told me I owed $198.99, and that I had missed the 30 day deadline, or else it would have been free. But, since more than 30 days had elapsed, I now owed them in full. Also, they would not let me return the cartridge for credit. They would only send me another cartridge. Not wanting to do any more business with them, I opted to pay the invoice, which they did reduce by $50. Nonetheless, I am $140 poorer, but a whole lot wiser. I did print your BBB report and fax it to them, just to make them aware that their company is a sham, but I suppose they already know that.
