I selected this company because of the good prices and free delivery. They were very responsive when I made the initial order. When my shipment arrived damaged (both table legs broken), they were slow to respond but sent another table that again arrived damaged (two months after the order was placed). When I complained, I was informed that I am supposed to pay an extra $215 for White Glove service since it appears they cannot guarantee my product will arrive undamaged to my area and they are not held responsible for how the manufacturer sends me the product. When I asked the rep to tell me where this was stated, she said she has not read every single thing in their ad, but I am responsible. Nikko has been ignoring my calls and e-mails to get this resolved. I have also been unable to speak to a manager about my concerns. The only solution offered to me by a rep is a refund and, as a favor, they will not charge me a restocking fee.
