I received a mailer from this company some time ago quoting my current loan rate and guaranteeing to beat it. I made an appointment to see them even if it was a long drive. On the phone, they assured me that they would be able to give me a better rate. As it turns out, they could not live up to the offer and they just wasted my time. I asked the broker to give me back the documents containing my personal information but he refused. I then asked to be removed from their mailing list. They did not heed my request.
I continued to keep getting mailings from this company. It has gotten to be so annoying. I have called them at least 5 times to remove me from their mailing list. I explained to them they're just wasting postage and paper by constantly sending me advertising. Despite my repeated calls, I continue to get frequent mailings. I can only think that this company must be wanting to annoy me on purpose. I would not recommend anyone to even contact this company, much less do business with them.
