It cracks me up all the negative feedback knight online gets. Yes it is correct, there are alot of bugs and issues that need to be delt with. There is with every game. I belive they are working on it the best they can.
Knight Online is the most funnest and fantastic gaming out there to date. The PK is awesome and there are 3 different levels of it which make it oustanding. Anyone who is anyone loves this game. I have been a member since 2004 and have met the most wonderful people from all over the world.
Yes there customer service terrible. And yes they need way more General Managers in game. But if your patient I think they are willing to listen to your concerns or problems as long as you dont send in a CS ticket with rude, bad language or threats.
No one makes a consumer play. Its there choice. No one makes someone create a character and pay for premium. Its by choice.
Yes you pay for a game you expect it to run smoothly. With so many Turkish cheaters in the game its impossible to get control of it.
I think if Knight Online really wanted a nice smooth running game they need to make it pay only not free to play. Also they need to ban Turkish IP's.
World Of Warcraft does not have these issues because they are pay to play. Knight needs to get control of the situation and by doing this i think would remedy some of the bad game play for now.
