After going back and forth with a few different companies we decided to hire IDS. We had a few discussions over the course of a week which led to us signing a contract for a 6 week engagement. We just finished this about 3 weeks ago and we could not be more pleased. We had quite a few questions after our engagement ended and we were still able to get Thomas on the phone. This was important because we still have quite a few changes left to implement and as anyone can tell you implementation is always the hardest part of the process. Thomas walked us through some of the issues we were having which helped us greatly. I am not sure if its just Thomas or if thats how everyone from IDS operates but it was a large part of our success with the process.
