Dear BBB,
We had Balboa control system giving us Hot Tub headaches. Our local service provider was inept and extremely expensive. We were fortunate to find Hot Tub Works online and their tech. support guy Brian. Brian's patience, expertise and tech support service was the aspirin I needed for spa pain relief.
His ability to help me solve the problems with our spa at a reasonable
cost not only saved us money but also avoided a major bone of contention between my wife and me.
