I ordered a hot tub cover, we measured very carefully and entered the measurements. I printed off the shopping cart before I ordered, and everything was correct. It took over 3 weeks for delivery, and when the cover came it was way too big! They said they sent me an e-mail confirmation of the order, that I should have checked, but I have the electronic records to prove I did not receive ANY confirmation--only confirmation we got was from PayPal. When I visit "my account" on their site, it shows the original order but missing the measurements! They simply plugged in incorrect default measurements for my year and make. They would not consider my documentation, and said it was totally my fault. They refused to negotiate or to try and solve the problem, despite my good faith order and the records I had. DO NOT TRUST these people. Give them you money at your own risk--they may seem nice but they are crooked and have absolutely NO customer service standards!
