To keep it short and sweet they exceeded our expectations. Working with Thomas over the last two months was one of the better experiences I have had with an outside consultant. We previously used a different company a few years ago but this was a totally different experience. Thomas worked diligently and kept me informed at each step of the way. I was frankly floored to see what he came up with and how he helped us implement many of the changes he said were necessary.
