Don't bother with furnitureblue.com!
Customer service is non-existent. Their interaction stinks.
I agree with other people here. It is impossible they are getting anything more than 1 star from a paying customer.
I once was luck enough to get someone on the phone that gave me no valuable information whatsoever.
Furniture that was supposed to arrive within 10-15 days is now supposed to be here in 6 weeks. No returns to my online inquiries or emails.
Do yourself a favor and pay the extra 10% a local store will charge you and deal with humans - or pick another online retailer.
The BBB website speaks for itself.
