I signed up for Flashbyte internet a little over a year ago. I paid for a full year. It was to be hooked up in about a week. It took a month or so and many complaints to finally get it hooked up. It never worked well, most of the time I had to use my Sprint aircard to get Internet. The service was down every to every other day. I gave up trying to reach them. Busy line, full mail box or deaf ear.
Now that my year is over it seems that they won't let me go. Brenda the one who answers the phone does not remember me asking to be disconected over a month ago and they are now demanding payment. Brenda says that if I don't pay additional fees that they will ding my credit and send it to collection. I was also told that if I complain to any one that they would sue me. Thay are a horrible compny with poor service, a poor product and are just out to rip people off.
They deserve negitive stars.
