Buyer beware!! Be sure you want the items ordered from Cutieclothes.com before clicking the enter button. Within one hour of ordering, I left two messages to cancel my order and followed up with a phone call in the morning. The 'customer service' rep had just pulled my messages and ensured me my order was canceled and my promised my account would be credited within 72 business hours. Not only did the order not get cancelled - but because it was a gift and dropped shipped to another state - I've wasted two way shipping and now they are charging me 15% restocking fee due to a 10 day return policy. IT TOOK 7 DAYS FOR THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED.
