My worst on-line retail experience ever. Could not find the return policy on the web-site. When I received the clothes and read the policy on my receipt it said I had 10 days to return from the date it shipped 6 days earlier. Too late for me to return them already. As my order was for a Christening for my baby. I had ordered several dresses to try, select one and return the others. I'm sure this is very common for special occasion dresses, which is their business. When I spoke with customer service, they had nothing to say would not budge even if the dresses were one day late. I asked what they expected me to do with 5 special occasion infant dresses. Nothing.
I sent them back anyway, told them they could do what they wanted with them. I never heard from them again. I wouldn't be surprised if they resold them without crediting me. Stupid of me of course. But "buyer beware"!!!
