Review 12/1/2009

Back in September of 2009, I ordered a seat from Corbin and paid about $650.00 for it in advance. They sent me the seat after a few weeks. When it arrived it was covered in the wrong leather and had no accents as it was advertised to have on Corbins own website. The seat also had a small cut in it. I immediately called Corbin and spoke to a guy named Travis who had no idea what his own website stated the seat was suppose to be made with, telling me that the seat I received had the leather on it that the seat comes with. I then read to Travis, Corbin's own description of the advertised seat at which point Travis put me on hold. A few minutes later Travis got back on the phone and said he had talked to the shop manager who informed Travis that they had run out of the leather and accents material that the seat was suppose to have so they just used standard leather and decided to leave accent material off. At no time did I receive even a phone call or email to ask me if it was ok to substitute a different leather or if it was ok not to put any accents on the seat. After a couple of weeks and a few phone calls Corbin paid to ship the seat back for a redo. That was 5 weeks ago and I'm still without my seat. Apparently after Corbin gets your money they have little interest in fixing what they should have done to begin with. Corbin is by far the worst business that I have ever dealt with and will never buy anything from them again. I suggest you learn from my mistake and shop somewhere else for a custom seat.
