PLEASE do not use this company. We are in the process of getting representation. They not only ripped us off of our 2,000 that was due UPFRONT! They mislead us for over a year!!! And then when I finally left a message on the owners voice mail and confronted him about all of the made up names that they supposedly communicated with over at the bank, they sent us a letter stating that they were no longer going to represent us cause I threatened them with a lawyer. They also went so far as to threaten us about going to the bank and telling them that this no longer is our residence. The bank repeatedly stated that they didn't know who this company was and all the names consult me america were giving were false. That is still our residence and we are working by ourselves to save our property. We talked to our bank weekly to try to resolve our house in the modification and they never knew who this company was. The names that The owner of consult me america would give us over at the bank that they were supposedly talking to on our behalf never even existed. They lied every step of the way and now over a year later have found a loop hole to get out of giving back our 2,000 "deposit". This experience has been one of the worse experiences of our lives!!! The company finds people that they believe are desperate and in financial hardships and take advantage of ! Every bank will tell you to stay away from any of these companies that request upfront money. !!!!!!!!!! Also, The owner will tell you whatever you want to hear to make you feel good about his company. They already have one complaint and I know I will be filing another one!!!!
