I spent 9 months, over 100 phone calls and got no where trying to get a modification for my B of A mortgage. Then I heard an as for Bristol Law Center on the radio. Marissa Pitts was SO nice,she arranged to see me on a Saturday (because I work)unheard of that a Law office is open on the weekend! Marissa was totally honest with me about my issues qualifying for a modification, and also told me if she couldn't get it done there would be no charge, so I felt safe. We did the paperwork that first visit and in only 3 weeks, I had an offer from B of A, to say that I was astounded is an understatement. I have to admit that at first I thought that BLC was a bit pricey, but as it turns out they are worth EVERY PENNY, my payments are significantly lower, and when I think of all the stress and anxiety over possibly loosing my home they helped me to avoid, I am grateful every day for that radio ad. Every bank and every situation is different, but everyone at Bristol Law Center has been honest, hard working and I know did their best to get me the best modification they possibly could.
