I purchased a puppy, a teacup Yorkshire terrier, back in April of 2009. The day after I spoke to the representative I got a bad vibe and made sure to cancel the transaction the next day. I spoke to a manager and he had said that I should be expecting a full refund on my next months statement. May I remind you that they had not taken the dog to the vet yet, and in the end I never received a dog (So why are they keeping my money hostage!!!) Long story short, I still haven't received anything. I have been getting the run around from the receptionist saying that her manager is out to lunch, in a meeting, ect. When the main person from returns, Sandy Johnson, finally gets back to me in December she says that I need to file a dispute with my credit card company and she will make sure to approve the refund when she receives it. She said that they cannot refund the money since they go through paypal and it's been longer than 3 months. Yesterday I received a letter from my credit card company stating that they did not approve the return. I have been calling constantly, but now I am ready to take the next step. If anybody has any helpful information regarding what I should do at this point please contact me at heatherssmith84@gmail.com. This company needs to be stopped!
