I am writing to express my thanks to American Law Firm and its staff for helping me successfully modify my mother’s loan. My mother is elderly and suffered a stroke about a year ago, so you can imagine the difficult times we were already going through without having to deal with an uncooperative lender (Bank of America). Despite my busy schedule and being in the middle of a modification myself, I tried for months to work with B of A. They continually gave me the run around and eventually told me my mother didn’t qualify. After hearing about American Law Firm from a friend I decided to employ their services. I was given weekly updates from the processor on our case and never felt out of the loop. In this time where there are so many dishonest companies out there just trying to make a buck, I cannot say how much I appreciate the fact American Law Firm not only achieved a modification for us and did the work they promised, but they made us feel like they really cared about our situation.
