We paid American Capital Group in full for a lease on a trailer on 2/8/2011, recieved a bill of sale, but still have yet to recieve the title after almost three months. American Capital Group's legal department and portfolio manager hasn't responded to numerous voicemails and emails regarding the status of title. Our company has now had to get our lawyer involved to hopefully resolve the matter.
