TERRIBLE COMPANY!

This company was also sent to me through my home warranty. The plumber who came was very nice and explained that the damage we were just now seeing was due to a previous leak, not a current one. He said that since he didn't do any work we would not be charged.
That evening a woman from the company called to verify the service call was complete. I explained what happened and that we were told there would be no charge. She agreed that that was correct.
Fast forward one month and we are getting a bill for unpaid services that the home warranty company was being charged from this service call. I tried getting this resolved through the company, but their customer service is terrible. Management is rude and uncooperative.They are refusing to honor the commitment made by their employees and also refusing to accept the invoice i have with NO CHARGES filled out as evidence that my fee was waived.
The only reason they are being paid is because my home warranty company has already done so and threatened to cancel my warranty if i do not pay them back. I believe this company takes advantage of this fact and charges customers however they wish because we have no way of refusing payment to them.
Do yourself a favor an DO NOT use this company!!!!!!!!
