Service man was to call me back following day of service call with a price and an estimate as to when he could get the part I needed. . Never heard back from him. Started calling numerous times to find out what the status was and was told repeatedly that he would call me back- He never did, I advised the company that unless I heard back from him by close of business, I would have to order the part from another company. Still no call back. On the final call I was advised that the manager would call me back. He never did. I kept calling to speak to the manager and when I finally got a hold of him he refused to reimburse my service call fee. A fee I paid for a service that I never received. I asked him if he was running some kind of scam collecting service call monies and then never calling clients back and he said "too bad you are a scam" and hung up.
