DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Firstly, our ride to LAX was supposed to be a shuttle. Nope. We got a car and the poor driver barely got all the bags in. He was an uber driver so most likely subcontracted. Nice guy, and HE gets a good review. Anthony. As Rachel B. says, they cancelled our pick up an left us stranded. I spoke with them as I was boarding the plane, which was one hour late. Each and every time I called them the hold wait was at least 20 minutes. When I finally got a hold of them, I was walking to my seat! They said they would have someone there at LAX. We touch down, get out and look for our ride. Nowhere. I check my emails, they have cancelled our pick up, after having said, directly before the flight, that they would pick us up. Knowing we can't get our emails while in "airplane mode", we were left stranded. We finally found a cab that cost $100 bucks to take us home. 24/7 refused to refund us for that cab, even though they said they would and asked for the receipt. They sent us a refund for the pick up but that was NOT enough for what we went through. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! What a horrible, horrible company.
