I feel this is not an honest company. They seem like it at first. They ask for 3 post dated checks. An attorney friend of mine told me that that's always a red flag warning. He said no one should ever ask for a post dated check. They also garuantte in writting how much your mortgage will be when there finished with your Modification. This is befor they've even done any work for you. That is also against the law. They also don't like to give you your money back . So caution and beware.
Don't ever do these over the phone. Go some where local.
