During our initial analysis visit I laid out most of our most pressing issues along with what our goals and what we hope to get out of the process. Over the past 2 months we spent quite a bit of time with Damon and members of his team. This is both onsite and over telephone and email. We were as committed to this process as Damon and I think the end results prove that out. Damon helped guide us through some significant changes in how we operate both on the sales side as well as how we operate our day to day. We had to may many hard choices along the way but I am confident that everything we have done up to this point was necessary for the long-term health and success of our company.
