Transfer Smart has an excellent BBB rating with only one complaint! Check out their report at the link above your question.

Please keep in mind timeshare companies,are companies that will take title to your timeshare using all of the procedures required by the timeshare company. These companies require that you pay them to take the timeshare off your hands. It sounds counterintuitive but it does get you out from under the continuing obligations and the truth is, there are almost no buyers for timeshares.

I am specifically interested in finding someone, anyone, who has had success getting their timeshare transfered. I know what their claims are, but can find noone who has experienced success in that regard. I'm beginning to think it is one of the newest 'scams'.

A timeshare transfer is a process where a timeshare owner passes his timeshare unit to someone else. The owner transfers the timeshare to the other person, along with a new contract and the responsibility to pay all the annual fees.
